Hello,

I am James Flood Jr. I grew up around the Piano Industry in sunny Sacramento, CA. I developed a deep love for music and mechanics at a very young age. I attended Sacramento City College where I majored in Recording Studio Engineering and Jazz Guitar. I  was introduced to Piano Tuning through my mother because she worked for PianoDisc/Mason & Hamlin. In 2006 I moved to New York to be a Full-Time Volunteer for the Watchtower and Bible Tract Society. I was trained as a Bookbinder operator/technician. I learned many things while I was there. Two of them being my love for mechanics of all machines, and a desire to provide the highest quality product. These qualities have carried over into my Piano Tuning. In 2015 I enrolled into the Randy Potter School for Piano Technology to increase my learning and skill in the field of Piano Tuning/Maintenance. Piano’s are a joy and I hope to get to meet you and your Piano.
