Summer 2018

Hello Everyone!

I hope your summer has been excellent. Mine has been full of highs and lows, but in the end it was quite rewarding. I traveled to the East Coast in June to see family and friends. New York was full of great sites and food. Baltimore and DC were both very educational and humid. I was able to tune a piano at a Restaurant in Baltimore called Ida B’s. They specialize in Soul Food cuisine and have live music every week. I returned to California just in time for a show at the SF Jazz Gallery. The performer was Brian Blade & The Fellowship Band. They put on a amazing performance, and the piano sounded great. As Fall sets in I’m reminded of how soon the leaves will change from green to gold, the wind will blow crisp and the dew in the morning will burn away with the rising of the sun. I look forward to the next season of tunings and music. Stay cool and we will see you next time.
